Information submitted through the website is used to evaluate your request. A website submission does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve schedule time, or guarantee pricing. Quotes, estimates, timelines, and product availability must be confirmed directly by Hewitt Emergency Services.

Project Information and Uploads

You are responsible for the accuracy of information, photos, documents, vehicle details, equipment details, and project files you submit. Do not submit files you do not have permission to share. We may use submitted information to review the project, communicate with you, prepare quotes, and maintain project records.

Products, Shop, and Accounts

If ecommerce features are enabled, product descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping, lead times, account features, cart features, and order features may be handled through WooCommerce or other configured providers. Product availability, fitment, pricing, taxes, shipping, and order terms are subject to confirmation and may change without notice.

Appointments, Field Work, and Services

Service work may depend on vehicle condition, equipment condition, part availability, site access, weather, fire conditions, agency requirements, scheduling, and safety considerations. Hewitt Emergency Services may decline, reschedule, or modify work when conditions make the requested work impractical, unsafe, unavailable, or outside the agreed scope.
